1. Money Back Guarantee (MBG)
1.0. We have full confidence in the quality of our products and therefore offer a Money Back Guarantee (MBG), provided the conditions below are met.
1.1. If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from our website, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by submitting a return request to us. This guarantee applies where the item is faulty or inherently defective.
1.2. The MBG applies to the following products: CBD tanks, batteries, USB/mains chargers or adapters, CBD vapes, and CBD cartridges.
Please note that CBD e-liquids, CBD oils, CBD capsules, CBD gummies, and CBD balms are non-refundable once opened, due to hygiene and health & safety reasons.
1.3. To qualify for the MBG, the item must be faulty or inherently defective and returned within 14 days of purchase.
1.4. Products returned due to change of mind, misuse, accidental damage, or general wear and tear do not qualify for the MBG.
1.5. You have the right to cancel your order before dispatch, provided the cancellation request is made on the same day the order was placed.
1.6. All orders over £50.00 qualify for free delivery.
Warranty
2. Product Warranty
2.0. All products are tested, quality-controlled, and checked prior to dispatch and come with a 30-day warranty, unless otherwise stated below.
2.1. Accessories including CBD tanks, batteries, chargers, CBD vapes, and CBD cartridges are manufactured to high standards and individually tested prior to final assembly. However, all such devices are consumable items and will naturally require replacement after a reasonable period of use. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee these component parts beyond the initial 30-day warranty period.
2.2. We strongly recommend that devices are used only with e-liquids supplied by us and are cleaned periodically in accordance with the user instructions provided with each product.
2.3. While we take pride in the quality of our e-liquids, the use of third-party or inferior e-liquids may reduce the lifespan of components such as coils. In such cases, the warranty may be invalidated, and any replacement during the warranty period will be at our discretion.
